2026 Wild Things Pétillant-Naturel Naturel Wine Tea Leaf and ToffeeProduced using Biodynamic Grenache and Shiraz from our estate. The base wine was made in tank from hand picked and whole bunch pressed fruit. Fermented to 15g l res. sugar. Settled in tank for an extended period so that half the lees dropped out. No preservatives added to finished wine. We hand bottled this wine and let the fermentation finish off in bottle. The colour is exactly as the picture, a gorgeous pink red.
