An opponent not crippled by this card was either way ahead on the board or had already lost
This type of card is usually used by adding one copy to an aggro deck in Limited, but if you have a villain deck, it might be fine even in a slower deck if you can get two turns out of it
Perhaps Im just having my own Old Man Yells at Cloud moment here, but it lends a sort of annoying inconsistency to your decks and the board state that might be funny at first glance but becomes rather grating over time
