Euphorbia 'Miner's Merlot' ['KM-MM024'] PP32,321 new 5 ft wide in 10New foliage emerges a rich deep wine red on this vigorous evergreen to semievergreen mounding Euphorbia first found in the gardens of Keith and Jen Miner in Plumas Lake, California in 2015. Speculation is it may be a hybrid of the Euphorbia amygdaloides 'Purpurea' and Euphorbia 'Blackbird' which were growing nearby. The older foliage matures to a deep green while retaining the dark red color on the reversegiving the plant an overall dark appearance.
