2023 Rosato natural wine Mary is a dark rosé100% pinot noir Vibrant sour cherry, cranberry and raspberry. Juicy and lively acidity with a bright and textural palate. Pinot noir from North Canterbury. Whole bunch fermented for 7 days then pressed to stainless steel for 9 months elevage. Bottled with minimal sulphites.
