I'll just add that I love Magali Villeneuve's art for this reprint--her Magic art is some of my absolute favorite
Creatures can't be blocked this turn is also a powerful thing, so it's kind of okay as a flexible, maybe counter, maybe unblockable for a win
Those that find it useful will likely run just one to two copies.
On the surface, Spiteful Banditry looks awfully similar to another big mythic enchantment, Meathook Massacre
This works because state-based actions are not checked until the spell has resolved, and so there is no opportunity for the owner of the commander that was destroyed to then send that commander back to the Command Zone their first opportunity to do so is after the spell resolves
Its a fun little card, but it puts a target on your back
