The LED eyes are power through 2 standard AAA batteries and have an On Off switch at the base of the bust. The battery cover for the LED feature is intentionally not included. The curved design of the battery cover would compromise the stability of the bust when placed on a table or desk. We've crafted it this way to ensure a flat and secure base. Placing the battery holder deeper inside the bust for the cover
