Is it worth it to collect CE/IE cards
Its easy to make infinite mana with this and either Grim Monolith or Basalt Monolith, and it works well with cards like Dino DNA with expensive activated abilities
I don't know if they've properly programmed in the above (correct) edge case behavior

Reid Duke (@ReidDuke) June 16, 2016 Limited pundit Ryan Spain brought up a good point: the player with untapped mana is always advantaged (though unless there's actually a trick worth spending mana on, as noted earlier, it doesn't always translate into having an advantage)
For each other permanent you control, Botanical Brawler will count +1/+1 counters having been put on that permanent at any time during that turn, even if Botanical Brawler wasn't on the battlefield at that time
Rick, Steadfast Leader ($50 or so) I have said on podcasts and articles what a terrible idea it is for new cards to only be available in special forms like this
