Using various distillation methods from double distillation to triple distillation, using a mixture of peated malt and unpeated malt, using only small 50 litre casks. Experimenting with ex Sherry barrels, ex Bourbon barrels and ex Rum barrels to name a few. The distillery was founded in 2013 and holds the claim as Scotlands tiniest distillery.
