The Hatters strength is only two, so youre unlikely to challenge much with him, but its still a nice bite back when youre on the defensive
Though he comes with a very steep Ink cost of 7, this can be reduced using Jafars Shift ability

But right now, they are really only useful for what they have printed on them

There's some great cards in here that will be useful in your Rise of the Floodborn collection, particularly the Merlin and Madam Mim cards, but otherwise this is the least competitive deck you can get.
