This card often functions like a 2- or 3-mana counterspell once it resolves since it recoups some of its cost with Treasure tokens, but it can be mana-positive and saves mana for future turns
It also includes the Gold Star Mudkip, Torchic, and Treecko cards, which have become some of the most iconic chase cards in the game
This triggers "Miracle 2" again, which does add to the ability's usefulness, but unless you're top-decking instants, you're just going to be cycling cards during your opponent's turn in hopes of having a stacked hand when your next turn starts
The tap ability does hold this card back slightly as it needs to stay in play for a rotation, but for the low investment of only three mana it is worth the risk
This occurs before they draw, so this can be a brutal blow to tempo every single turn
