They are machined from 6061 aluminum so that the press tool is forgiving as not to damage the new bearing but still strong enough for years of service. Kit Includes 1 main piece (to press bearings through), 1 slip on ring piece (to install bearing with a perfect stop) and 1 solid 1 inch threaded handle with a firm grip. (That can be removed from the press tool.)
