Giratina's second move is called Broken-Space Blow which takes three energy cards, one psychic and two colorless, and does 50 damage and if you knock the defending Pokemon out by this move your opponent has to move the Pokemon that was knocked out and the cards attached to it to the Lost Zone and thus not being able to use those cards again

That said, this card is definitely the flashiest one released in MTG Fallout, and will make some new EDH decks that are trying to win with the card
