Usually I dump him straight into the graveyard (for Omega's effect later on), or use him and Delta/Sigma to bring out Alpha (provided, of course, that I've already milked the Element loop for all it's worth)
So while it does negate that Retreat Cost like I said before, it also negates its HP worse than that Weakness
