Snow cards are so under-supported that Im not even sure how this snow commander manages to find enough playables, and its a shame that this blue creature doesnt touch black, which has access to some of the better snow payoffs like Blood on the Snow and Dead of Winter

If we find ourselves in a spot where the energy is better spent on something else, well, Pia is still contributing with her first trigger (good for up to 6 energy per turn in a four-player game!) and we can just lock the second ability into spawning 1/1s as chump blockers and sac fodder

If it stays on the board for even a few turns, the Smothering Tithe Treasure advantage quickly snowballs
