Not only is it a quick way to get into the game, but it's an even playing field for new players to get to grips with gameplay mechanics

I totally accept it is part of the game, and dont blame players for using the tools they have, but I think that WotC is right to shift gears towards these more friendly answers, so Im a big advocate of players running these more friendly answers when possible (if you couldnt tell by me advocating for it right now)
