This card is excellent for negating any strategy that relies on using Basic Pokemons abilities, such as Palkia VSTAR, Arceus VSTAR, or even Mew VMAX
Of note, all of the commanders but Ghoulcaller Gisa were reprinted in Foundations or its Jumpstart product, so I wouldnt be surprised to see lots of Foundations cards crop up here
