I would only use Pikachu and Raichu in an electric type deck if I was looking for 3 more cards to use because I wouldn't ever use more than a 2-1 line of Pikachu and Raichu in any deck
Incidentally, equipping this to said costly Commander can usually ensure two or even one-shot knockouts with Commander Damage, which is pretty spicy indeed
I love the idea of a Green/White deck that focuses on artifacts, and T'Challa wants to be spending those virbanium tokens on stuff like the Heart-Shaped Herb, which brings back the monarch mechanic (very thematic!) along with Okoye
Most often that's paying life to draw cardsa trade that's usually worth making until it brings you to the brink of death
It's entirely possible these events aren't as related as they appear, but to me it sounds like those people buying Pokemon boosters in stores were hoping that the newer boxes would be treasure troves as well
