Perhaps most conspicuous is the lack of preconstructed Commander decks
Hes only important if my hand is empty or Im using him to draw enough ammunition to finish everyone off
Its definitely worse than either, even with the ability to tap without damaging you, but that just gives budget EDH decks a new tool to improve their mana bases
Three planes in one set was already stretching things a bit thin, so the addition of all the racing teams muddied things even more
But having seen the ease with which Standard and Pioneer decks can reliably cast these tremendous threats on (or even ahead of) curve, it seems colored mana no longer fulfills its traditional role as a deck-building restriction
