Thalia is more generally playable but tends to be more hit and miss on the disruption, she will randomly be savage against some decks and far worse for your than them against others
It can even be very good against one of the best tier 1 decks in the format, UR Murktide, as it shrinks Dragons Rage Channeler, survives Lightning Bolt and removes cards to prevent Murktide Regent getting delved in at a discount
