Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon is a massive and menacing monster that can take any foe it battles into a different dimension

She boasts a decent stat line, especially when challenging, but if a character has no non-challenging type abilities and still loses to Madam Mim - Fox on curve, you need to look in other directions for playables

The only cost is tapping itself, making it that much easier to do so
