They are not as epic as Peer into the Abyss , but drawing cards is fun and having your hand filled with cards is extremely valuable in any Magic: The Gathering game

With 40 card singleton decks the exile of 3 each turn really hurts

If the copied creature is copying something else, then the tokens enter the battlefield as whatever that creature copied, with the listed exception

This gives players control over how much they want to spend, but the game can feel expensive if you chase every release

My gut reaction tells me this card costs way too much for the effect, but a board wipe that nets an extra spell could be useful
