Early serial number #3301 dates the rod to approximately 1978 after Tom Maxwell's departure. This rod is all original. All sections are full length. One tip has a very slight fishing set. Down locking reel seat over a walnut spacer and sliding ring engraved pocket cap. The spacer has a very small gouge as shown in the photos.
