) Sultai is my favorite color combination in Magic, but for some reason I have a hard time building Sultai decks for Commander that dont take forever to win games
You get a pair of 1/1s for half the going rate and the first is a non-token and the second flies or has lifelink

pokemonsyndicate October 10, 2016, 12:55am 4 Its so strange, but this binders from I got from japan in the big lot Its impossible for the card to hit the binder ring Its so messed up the Japanese 9 pocket pages are different to the ultra pro ones, and also the binder this intense collector used had only 2 rings, and the only card I thought would get hit is the middle slot since the 2 rings artn far apart form eachother and only stay in the vicinity of the middle pockets The thing is though, not one card had the ring damage Not one
Furthermore, when its on-play effect of enabling the player to play a Character card with a cost of 2 or less after revealing the decks top card is combined with the effect of the decks titular Leader card from Two Legends [OP-08], the player is able to essentially play any 2-cost Character card for free as soon as Ivankov enters play, thus improving the players board presence
