The second style is the Borderless Scene cards, which we first saw at Wizards Presents last August
Its a pretty narrow commander, so it wont be nearly as popular as other five-color decks

Also, note that if you suspend something without a mana cost, itll have no time counters which means that it cant trigger the part that says When the last time counter is removed from this card, you may cast this card without paying its mana cost. You need time counters on the card
