Aromas open with fresh cornbread, smooth vanilla cream and butterscotch layered against baked pineapple upside down cake, biscotti and toasted almonds. Delicate and soft on the entry, tropical notes from the aromas are prominent on the velvety palate with baked upside down pineapple cake. The finish is warm and lasting, with flavors of toasted oak spreading throughout.
