Not only did Vivi get banned in Standard, in part due to its interaction with Agatha's Soul Cauldron (although, as Wizards mentioned in its ban announcement, Vivi might have ended up broken even without its artifact friend), it's even more annoyingly strong in Commander, which I think is actually more damaging to the game overall

Damage is still dealt, but it may end up as -1/-1 counters or poison counters, or just plain damage (to planeswalkers)

I do like the archetype and I hope that WotC does more runes, though I don't think they will

When this enchantment is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, you lose the game
