Ingredients: For the dressing: 1/2 cup of mayonnaise 1/3 cup of red wine vinegar 1/3 cup of lemon juice 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil 1 teaspoon of dried parsley 1 teaspoon of dried basil 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon of salt 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese (optional) For the salad: 4 to 6 cups of romaine lettuce half of a small red onion (sliced into rings or half slices) 1 large tomato (halved and sliced) 8 whole pepperoncini (drained) 1/3 cup of pitted kalamata olives 1/2 cup of croutons (optional) freshly grated parmesan cheese (optional) freshly cracked black pepper (optional) [social_warfare buttons=facebook,pinterest,twitter,whatsapp] Instructions: Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine 1/3 cup of lemon juice, 1/3 cup of red wine vinegar, 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, 1 teaspoon of dried parsley, 1 teaspoon of dried basil, 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
