Southampton's Lost Pubs Strathclyde John Leigh is a ManchesterThe vast collection of Southampton public house photographs and information about them was researched by the late Tony Gallaher and published in his 1995 "Southampton Inns & Taverns". This is a sequel. The photos were passed by his wife to Tony's friend, Dave Goddard, who shared Tony's enthusiasm for researching Southampton pubs. With local historian, Jim Brown, they bring back memories of the enjoyable times spent by pub locals in various hostelries.
