The actual effect changes based on the card its on - so you might be able to just draw a card, or you might be able to put a dragon into play from your hand thats tapped and attacking
A good chunk of these cards were basic lands, usually 30, with around 25 common cards, some uncommons, and rares mixed in between
The other addition that my 10-year-old and I are most excited about are the new characters in the Into the Inklands starter decks
