You can build this deck in many interesting ways, abusing big lifelinking creatures like Dream Trawler, gaining a bunch of life, and casting big X sorceries like Blue Sun's Zenith or White Sun's Zenith

Its especially surprising that its cEDH thats doing it, given that Ophidian Eye costs 3 mana, but apparently this is good enough in some Malcolm, Keen-Eyed Navigator or Niv-Mizzet, Parun decks

It works best in decks that go big and care about the graveyard, as its fine to mill or discard then use later
