3 mana for a 1/1 with Double Strike is rough, and the Phase effect is cool, but also costly

That being said, the large majority of Soldier cards and tokens in this deck are indeed Humans

it doesnt strike you as anything special at first glance

I have a few decks in mind that could probably utilize this five mana 3/3, which is more than I want to pay for my 3/3s, but with the three tokens as a bonus Im interested

Every booster pack contains the following: 6 Common Cards 3 Uncommon Cards 2 Rare or Better* Cards 1 Foil Card of any Rarity The Rare or better cards have a chance of being Rare, Super Rare, or Legendary, but will never be Enchanted

It just wont create a different outcome all that often, though obviously it does make those d20 cards better
