From the images, the $125 one seemed to be in better condition, and had a matching tie belt that came with the dress that the $45 one did not (I personally think belts on dresses are uggo so idgaf about this) but what drew me to the $45 one was (the price ofc) but also that the seller had written in the description that there were two very minor pulls toward the hem of the dress, the pulls were only visible if the pleats were fanned out (and if someone held a magnifying glass to the dress), the honesty and attention to detail in the description made me think that the rest of the dress would be in pretty great condition
