Flame of Anor doesn't automatically fit into that equation, but the deck uses it as a useful, flexible piece of removal or card draw, depending on the situation
It helps the group hug player make deals in critical situations, but it's also an overall nice midway between group hug and politics
Not a broken five color commander like Jodah the Unifier then, but a solid commander for an Ally typal deck - if only the Ally card pool was deep enough to make that viable
