I would rate this card a 4 out of 5 because it can cause havoc, it can make Pokemon after Pokemon fall asleep and then use Dark Resolve when it is close to dying and last another few turns

Power level wise the card fits in just right in Modern, as there are a lot of threats which go under the card, and cards like Veil of Summer and Cavern of Souls give slower creature/combo decks enough counterplay against it

I think the fact that Inquisition of Kozilek is more limited in scope this way definitely makes the card more interesting, but its universal enough that it helps alleviate Moderns historical issues around having too many narrow disruptions spells

With access to this group of cards after game one, we can enjoy a very solid win percentage against any deck that can't survive the grind
