Its so difficult to get specific cards in Pocket that I dont even know how a new player can get started with deck-building

A lynchpin in White Weenie aggro decks of the time, Adanto Vanguard was played alongside another Vampire card (in the loosest sense), Legions Landing

There are also lines with Lathliss, Dragon Queen and Maskwood Nexus, which can net you infinite mana to boot

Ill be looking forward to seeing if we get any more options for these decks when Crimson Vow comes out, and until then I may be moving on to another Innistrad tribe!

But in Commander, the chance of sacrificing a creature with seven or more power is much, much easier which unlocks the -7 ultimate ability where target player draws seven cards and loses seven life, doing a pretty good Griselbrand impression (which happens to be banned in the format)

It creates other issues, especially with spending wildcards on supporting pieces for cards that get nerfed, but thats an overall more elegant solution than just outright banning cards
