This card plays a similar game to the new Ezuri commander, in that it encourages you to have lots of creatures in play, and also have one especially large creature in play
I think players will try it as a Seismic Assault replacement, but whether it ends up being better in the end remains to be seen
While I dont necessarily recommend jamming as many creatures with high mana cost and easy cost reduction into your deck as possible to abuse one mana acceleration spell, if youre already playing a few in your deck, try Energy Tap and let me know how you spent your free 8-15 mana
Commonly those are keyword abilities such as hexproof or horsemanship, and keyword mechanics such as morph and mutate that are essentially tweaks that reimagine how already existing card types interact with game rules
