Cover the wet gauze or packing material with a large, dry sterile dressing pad
Fully lined in satin for a touch of hidden indulgence, this dress is perfect for moody date nights, cocktail lounges with low lighting, or fall parties where all eyes should absolutely be on you

My plan for the dress/order of construction went something like this: Sew back in outer fabric and in lining Sew front in outer fabric and in lining Attach top tier of skirt to front at natural waistline, repeat for back Insert hidden zipper from top of back to below the hips, on the center back seam (note that I skipped adding a hook at the top this detail is important to the next section) Cut straps and attach to outer fabric top of the bustier Insert underwire cups Sew front and lining together along top, repeat for back Sew side seams matching waist Add boning by sewing outer fabric to lining to create boning casings Finish straps at shoulders Attach bottom tier of skirt I did all my muslin fitting without putting in the bra cups
These will be more adapted to protecting your feet, as support thats too low wont do much, if anything at all
