It was cool to attack your opponent with a giant, fire-breathing dragon but, it didn't make a difference whether the Creature was a Dragon as opposed to an Elemental or Djinn, as far as the rules were concerned

This set is hot

Nissa players, scold your villain for his corruption of the once-beautiful Amonkhet as you do your best to return the natural order of the plane

The main things balancing it are that it doesn't fully become a Bolt until turn 3, and it can't go to your opponent's face, which I think was probably for the best

While you have to put two cards back on top of your library, this isn't as much of a downside as you might think
