The one nice thing about them is the ability to play a little lighter on lands and still consistently make land drops

You can obtain the Whiscash (2-Diamonds rarity) card by opening Triumphant Light from Triumphant Light set
The rest of the budget goes to more minor upgrades like Solve the Equation becomes Demonic Tutor
