As used in this House Rule, Image means any still or moving pictures taken or recorded in the Club House including, by way of example but not exclusively, photographs and videos, and Publish or Publication means any transmission or posting of Images to any third party who is not a Club Member (unless that person is recorded in the Image and is advised that further Publication, other than to Club Members, of the Image is prohibited) by any means including, by way of example but not exclusively, through the internet, e-mail, social media, texting, streaming services or broadcasting vehicles
