It is incredibly difficult to imagine a scenario in which you play this card and get sad about it because it is so comprehensive
One thing Id like to mention up front: Ezuri will make a great commander for a deck that focuses hard on +1/+1 counters or poison counters, and I wont dig deep into that aspect, since its pretty easy to search for cards that support either one of those strategies
