One of the downsides of counter decks is often that if your opponent kills your creatures, it undoes all the work you did to put counters on your board

For the sake of a fair argument, you can see my pulls above a Double Rare Koraidon ex and a Teal Mask Ogerpon: no chase cards, but some fun competitive Attacks

Again, this is another card that probably doesnt fit into an existing archetype in either Modern or Legacy, but I could see it shining in either format
