來自「Les Paquis」地塊。使用不鏽鋼槽發酵。約48個月後除渣。再靜置6個月後出廠。裝瓶時幾乎不添加任何SO2。浸皮36小時後開始進行壓榨釀造不中止乳酸發酵，不過濾，不澄清。

豐富的櫻桃、李子與黑醋栗香氣，伴隨一絲灌木叢與紅茶氣息。酒體結構均衡，賦予酒款十足的陳年實力。
